It's very easy to book, especially when one needs to book well in advance, something I was not allowed to do at PMG. For my appointment needs, The Glebe had the necessary equipment...this was not offered at my last surgery, so I'm now confident in this respect. Also, Lauren was very patient, kind and understanding.

Phoning for an appointment can be rather tedious and lengthy.

The surgery staff have always been friendly and helpful. I cannot see how they could improve their performance.
